Back of the house is at its place, leaving us a vast space for the development from the bar through indoor eating and finally carefully treated restaurant garden. Almost entire furniture and additional equipment was designed in close collaboration with the Client.
We were given a very simple house to play with. In order to provide a very efficient, yet pleasant restaurant, we've set up some basic rules without changing its original structure. Following several manners and listening to Client's strategy we've managed to achieve a fresh and subtle addition to the overall experience of eating carefully tailored world-class sandwiches.
