Proposal:
Next to the site, we found some lost remnants of an arch-like structure which we used as a maniristic motive for the rest of the development. Atmospheres are the key feature of the whole building, since the sea is always in front of you.
Budva apartments is a project where we were asked to do extension of the existing building that was yet to be finished. It also includes redesigning of the interior of the already built apartments. The complex sits perfectly on a hill overlooking old town of Budva.
