Due to the position of the complex we proposed a significant hotel/congress center with numerous additional features. Atmospheres are formed gradually - starting from a piazza-like access via an excessively green oasis to an urban beach.
Proposal:
We were given a very inspiring task - to develop future concept of an old factory and design its new features. A very dense forest with a small stream on one side of the plot and a beautiful local river on the other formed an overpowering context.
